For my leadership I will be directing a film, this will help me gain new skills in directing, which is what I want to do in the future. I think by doing this it will give me a better understanding of directing as a job. I will be directing a documentary, I have ever made a documentary I have only done fiction films. I feel I will learn a lot for this experience because of this.
